- Responsible for all recruiting needs in US and Canada.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and long-term goals.
- Enhancing the candidate experience to attract top talent and support company’s growth objectives.
- Leveraging data analytics to make informed decisions (salary and roles).
- Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless and holistic approach to human capital management.
- Accountable for assessing and implementing innovative sourcing techniques and utilizing technology and tools to enhance recruitment process.
- Oversee and optimize the organization’s presence on professional networking platforms and other places that expose TRAFFIX to candidates (such as LinkedIn).
- Researching and developing knowledge of candidate characteristics/profiles to identify candidates that are likely to succeed at TRAFFIX as employees.
- Articulating and refining TRAFFIX employee value propositions (general and role-specific) and effectively communicating it to candidates.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless integration with new employees.
